Welcome to Rocket Journal . These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://www.rocketjournal.app, mobile application (“App”), and any associated services.

By accessing or using Rocket Journal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What Rocket Journal Is (and Isn’t)

Rocket Journal is a voice-first journaling app powered by AI that helps users reflect, express emotions, and build a mental wellness routine. It is not a medical or therapeutic service. While we work with mental health professionals to build our features, the app is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or professional medical advice.

2. Who Can Use the App

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rocket Journal.

By using the app, you confirm that:

  • You’re legally allowed to enter into this agreement.

  • You’ll use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • You’ll not misuse the platform, attempt to reverse engineer it, or violate any laws in connection with its use.

3. Your Data and Privacy

We care deeply about your privacy. Rocket Journal is privacy-first by design.

  • Your voice and text data are not used to train AI models.

  • You can delete your journal entries or your account at any time.

4. Account and Usage

To use Rocket Journal, you may need to create an account with your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

You agree not to:

  • Use the app to post or store unlawful, harmful, abusive, or harassing content.

  • Use Rocket Journal in a way that could harm others or violate their rights.

  • Use or share Rocket Journal content without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionalities of Rocket Journal — including visuals, branding, prompts, AI features, and code — belong to Rocket Journal or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer

Rocket Journal is built privacy-first by design.

  • We do not use your journal entries to train AI models.

  • You can delete your full account anytime.

  • We don’t sell your data

  • Rocket Journal is not a replacement for therapy

  • Rocket Journal is not meant for crisis control

  • Rocket Journal is intended for self-reflection and journaling, not for diagnosing or treating any health conditions.

  • Always seek help from qualified professionals for mental health concerns.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Rocket Journal at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • We suspect abuse, fraud, or misuse.

  • We decide to discontinue the app or service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you through the app or website. Continuing to use Rocket Journal means you agree to the updated Terms.
