While we work with mental health professionals to build our features, the app is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or professional medical advice.
2. Who Can Use the App
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rocket Journal.
By using the app, you confirm that:

You’ll use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You’ll not misuse the platform, attempt to reverse engineer it, or violate any laws in connection with its use.

We care deeply about your privacy. Rocket Journal is privacy-first by design.
Your voice and text data are not used to train AI models.
You can delete your journal entries or your account at any time.

All content, features, and functionalities of Rocket Journal — including visuals, branding, prompts, AI features, and code — belong to Rocket Journal or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without our written permission.

Rocket Journal is built privacy-first by design.
We do not use your journal entries to train AI models.
You can delete your full account anytime.
We don’t sell your data
Rocket Journal is not a replacement for therapy
Rocket Journal is not meant for crisis control
Rocket Journal is intended for self-reflection and journaling, not for diagnosing or treating any health conditions.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Rocket Journal at any time if:
You violate these Terms.
We suspect abuse, fraud, or misuse.
We decide to discontinue the app or service.
